Support Policy



As Arcade Lanka, our support policies are dedicated to both sellers and buyers. Here are our support policy conditions:

  • Any buyer or seller can have customer care support by dialing us over the phone or writing us via Email. We may answer your call or not. However, emails will be replied within maximum of 2-3 business days.
  • Both buyers and sellers can contact us for conflicts like return policy issues. (Ex: Buyer may request a refund on a reasonable case, but seller may refuse to return. At that time buyer can forward the issue to us.
  • We are guaranteed to protect both buyer and seller common rights but may not be bound to return money from our side in case of conflict.


Our supports policies are currently updated and will be changed or removed without any prior notice.
